Janusz Zrodlowski, Executive Pastry Chef and Owner, has been pleasing
customers with custom wedding cakes, tortes, cheesecakes and fine pastries
since 1972. Chef Janusz was trained in Europe under several master chefs
in some of Europe's finest hotels.
In 1985, Chef Janusz received a Master Pastry Chef Certificate and has
since won several awards for excellence at local, regional, and national
pastry competitions. In 1988 he came to America to continue his training
and to expand his skills. Since then he has worked in many top line
5 star hotels across the United States. Janusz instills an old family
tradition of classical European style in each of his recipes. He also
had the privilege to present his wonderful work to many significant
guests such as Governors, Senators and our Presidents.
